Shipping Info: We ship all orders out of Austria using the federal post system. Please keep in mind that the members of Krampot ship their merch themself, so it can take up to 14 days from an order to shipping.
Return Policy: We accept returns and refund claims only within 14 days after arrival of your order and under the following conditions:

We accept returns if...

1) ...you did not recieve what you ordered.
2) ...you recieved the ordered items in damaged condition (You have to proof that).
3) ...you pay for shipping costs that are results of returning your order.

You can claim a refund without return if you recieve your order in a damaged and unusable condition.
